2008 Changes to the Buddy program
Rookies @ the National Championship- A rookie is anyone that has never attended a Solo National Championship event. Rookies may identify themselves by selecting the Rookie button in the Driver Information area of the on-line entry and pdf entry forms. The National Office also requests that you provide us with your shirt size. Again, space is provided for this in the Drivers information area of the entry forms. Sponsors of Rookies - The National Office no longers requires you to identify the rookie you are bringing to Nationas. Instead we ask that you provide us your shirt size, located in the Driver Informaton area of the entry form.
SCCA regions will be catergorized as small, medium, large & jumbo. The National office will tally the # of Rookies from each region and determine which region in each category has brought the most "first-timers" to Nationals. All competitors from the winning region will receive a t-shirt. The t-shirt will have the region logo, nationals logo and "My region brought the most rookies to the 2008 Tire Rack Solo National Championship". Winning regions will be determined on August 20. Shirts will be available in the Information area of the Tech building.

Paddock Parking - Reserved spaces wil not be available. However, please provide the National Office with the rig size/paddock space needed. You may do this by putting a note in the "Notes to Registrar section of the on-line system or use the space provided on the pdf entry form. Information will be used by the Paddock Chief to better coordinate space needs for everyone. Spaces with electrical hookup are only available by contacting HPT @ 800-43-Races.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received by September 5th will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the 5th but before 12:01am (CST) September 9 will receive 1/2 the entry fee paid. Cancellations made after that time will not receive a refund. No Exceptions.
