Members of the Sports Car Club of America® are joyously knee deep in the motorsports season. And why shouldn’t they be? The Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour, Tire Rack SCCA Solo® National Tour and ProSolo® Series, and Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials National Tour Powered by Hagerty are all underway, with plenty of Track Night in America® Driven by Tire Rack and Regional events also taking place across North America. But that’s just the beginning – and SCCA’s President and CEO Mike Cobb will tell you all about it on May 2, 2024, during his live online President’s Update.

The President’s Update is free for all SCCA members to view – simply click the link at the bottom of this article to register, then tune in at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on May 2 to learn all about what’s been going on in your Club this year.

Topics Cobb will likely cover include the Club’s financials, as well as how the Hoosier Super Tour and U.S. Majors Tour are doing as SCCA Road Racing rockets toward the Chicago Region June Sprints at Road America for what will be a sure-fire preview of the 2024 SCCA National Championship Runoffs® that returns to Road America this Sept. 27-Oct. 6.

The Time Trials National Tour has also been having a year to remember, with the series hitting numerous top-tier racetracks for the first time, like Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Road America, and Pocono Raceway.

And let’s not forget about Track Night in America, which is celebrating its 10th year. The Track Night program has allowed thousands of enthusiasts to live out their dream of driving on the track – in many ways, Track Night represents everything that SCCA stands for.

Plus, there’s the ProSolo’s back-to-back success story in Las Vegas and the soon-to-happen National Solo extravaganza coming up at California’s Crows Landing.
